If you are an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason (except for digital downloads and personalized/custom items, which are non-refundable).

The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day on which you receive the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform me (the seller) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement (e.g. by message on Etsy).

Effects of withdrawal:
You must return the goods to me without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Once I receive the returned goods in their original condition, I will issue a refund.

Exclusions:
Digital downloads are not eligible for return or refund.
Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for return or refund.
